Pool Heating fees apply. 🌞 Secure Vision is our WIFI / Cable and Streaming provider. If you experience any issues with your Wi-Fi or cable service, you have the option to contact Secure Vision they are available 24/7. For your convenience, there is a phone in the kitchen with a direct line to Secure Vision, which can also be used for all local calls. Cable service applies to TVs in the Living Room & Master Bedroom; all other TVs will use Guest's personal streaming login information. - Roku Smart TV with Guest Mode in all bedrooms. One camera is positioned under the house, facing the parking lot. It has the added feature of a motion sensor light, which helps illuminate the area when movement is detected, providing both security and visibility. The second camera is located over the pool equipment viewing only the pool equipment not the pool, located on the east side of the house. The cameras work to enhance the security of the property, while being mindful of privacy. ✔ Smoke alarm ✔ Carbon monoxide alarm, no gas appliances but an outdoor on demand water heater. ✔ Fire extinguisher in kitchen and outdoor grilling area ✔ First aid kit in laundry room in

🌴 House Rules: - Cleaners are scheduled to arrive promptly at 10:00 AM. A late departure fee may apply. - We kindly ask guests not to arrive early to allow our cleaners ample time to complete their tasks. If the cleaners finish before the 4:00 PM check-in time, we will promptly notify guests that the house is ready for an early check-in. Thank you for your understanding! - Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the house. If you wish to smoke, please use the outdoor areas and ensure that you clean up any cigarette butts. Thank you for your cooperation! - No Pets - Parties and events are not permitted on the premises. - Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. All Guests must follow local laws and be respectful of our neighbors. - Trash Pickup on Monday & Thursday, place in outside Blue Trash Cans. Our vendor Trash Can Express will place trashs can by the road and return to house once emptied. - Ensure all appliances are turned off before departing property. - Report damages or issues as soon as possible. 🌴 Pool Information - Pool Use: The use of the pool is at the Guest's own risk. - The Guest acknowledges that there is no lifeguard on duty, and it is their responsibility to ensure that minors and non-swimmers are properly supervised. - The Homeowner recommends that all guests familiarize themselves with the pool area upon arrival. Pool maintenance is scheduled once a week, usually Thursday or Friday early morning. Please allow our pool to be cleaned properly by not using the pool during this time. - By completing the reservation, Guest acknowledge they have read and accepts all pool rules. - Heating Fees apply at a per day rate - we ask our guests to give 48 hr notice to prepare for guest’s arrival.

🌴 House: - We love hosting families, friends, and first-time visitors into our newly constructed beach house. We ask our guests to treat it with respect. We hope you enjoy your stay at West Beach Hangout and create special memories that will last a lifetime. 🌴 Rental Agreement & ID Verification required to complete reservation ✔ A rental agreement with House Rules will be sent to the Guest after the reservation is completed. We ask the Guest to return the signed rental agreement within 48 hours to complete the reservation. 🌴 Outdoor Security Cameras ✔ We have two outdoor cameras to ensure the safety and security of the property. Front Parking Area Camera: One camera is positioned under the house, facing the parking lot. The second camera is located on the east side of the house facing the pool equipment, this camera does not have a view of the pool or outdoor entertaining area. These cameras work to enhance the security of the property, while being mindful of privacy. 🌴 No Pets Allowed 🌴 No Smoking or Vaping in the House 🌴 Reservations cannot be made on behalf of others. Reservations must be made by Guest at least 25 years old. Person making reservation must be present. 🌴 No Glitter or Hair Coloring or Dyes: Glitter is impossible to remove and hair dyes causes permanent damage to furnishings, towels, and linens. If smoking, vaping, pets, glitter or dye is found, it will result in a damage fee depending on extent of damage. The Guest making the reservation is responsible for all guests along with anyone who enters the home during the stay. Thank you for following House and Pool Rules.
